------------------------------------Entered by: JLS on Sep-28-2006 I cried today, thinking about how much fun you would have been at my wedding & how you & Grandpa could have danced. I know your looking over all of us, secretly giving us advice but I miss your pearls of wisdom, your laugh & your "worried" voice. Im thankful for the time we had together, I only wish I would have spent it more wisely. Who else would have taught me that tears taste like salt or that birds like ice cream but not wooden spoons... I've still never seen anyone else read a whole book in one day, make popcorn balls with a fudge receipe or make red lipstick look as good as you did. I'm sure P & C are happy with you, Im sorry I couldnt have done better for them. Grandma, my baby will be born in a few months & its a shame she/he never got to feel how great it was to be held by you. Then again, maybe he/she already does. I'll always love & remember you Grandma...The Iris's are blooming just for you. | |
